Country Thyme Tea Room is more than it may first appear. In addition to being a restaurant and catering service, Country Thyme also houses a second-hand consignment shop called Thyme for a Change. This shop, located alongside the Tea Room, offers high-quality used clothing items and accessories in adult women's fashions. Only "like new" clothing is accepted into the shop, and many Tea Room visitors enjoy browsing after lunch or teatime.
Consignment clothing items may be dropped off by appointment only. All apparel must be freshly laundered or dry cleaned, pressed and on hangers. Shoes, handbags, jewelry, and accessories are also welcome in "like new" condition.
Thyme for a Change is open at any time the Tea Room staff is present: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am-3:00pm.
